Eko Fitness Festival presents, PARK DAY; A Day and Night of Fitness and Fun at Muri Okunola Park. Fitness hour: Football, Aerobics, Yoga, Spinning, Stepping, etc. 10am-2pm. Family hour: Kiting, scavenger hunt, sack race, children's activities. 2pm-7pm Fun hour: Movie in the park, Beer garden, Picnic and Silent Disco. 7pm-10pm.
